Katrina Holiday Party Baker LA In 2006 and 2007 we were lucky enough to get to spend some of our Holiday with the kids living in FEMA's largest trailer park. All of the kids living there were victims of Hurricane Katrina and left homeless. Thanks to a lot of really awesome people and companies like Smithfield Hams, Build A Bear, LazyDays RV, Rosie O'Donnell and many more we were able to provide each kid with a toy, Holday meal and a really cool gift bag. The past 2 Christmas holidays spent with the kids are the best I ever had. Thankfully the kids will not be there next year, they are suppose to recieve housing.
